Our t-shirts are crafted from 100% organic ringspun combed cotton, using a single jersey knit for maximum comfort and breathability.

Our tees are sourced from Bangladesh, crafted in factories that are recognized for their commitment to fair labor practices and sustainable production. We know there are concerns around manufacturing in this region, but our partner prioritizes worker well-being, safety, and eco-friendly processes—setting a standard in the industry that we’re proud to support.

Once the tees are crafted, the final magic happens in Avignon, France, where each piece is carefully embroidered by a master artisan. This attention to detail adds a personal, high-quality touch to every item.

We get it—print-on-demand is a great solution for many small brands. It’s low-risk, with no upfront costs or logistics headaches. But at OUT NOW!, we made the choice to put quality first, even if it means more financial risks for us. Instead of a quick print job with poorly executed finishes, every design is embroidered by a master artisan in France. It’s a more involved process, but we believe our community deserves something that lasts—because your pride shouldn’t fade after a few washes.

We chose embroidery because it adds a touch of elegance and durability to our designs. Unlike printed graphics, embroidery brings depth and texture, making each piece feel more refined. The challenge, especially with our intricate and small patterns, is ensuring the designs remain crisp and clear. That’s where our master artisan in Avignon, France, comes in. With years of experience, they skillfully handle the delicate work required to bring each tiny, detailed design to life. It’s not easy, but the results speak for themselves—elevating the visual message while ensuring long-lasting quality.

While our designs are inspired by familiar emojis, each one is reimagined by our illustrator Marie to create something both recognizable and unique. These designs are not only original, but also adapted to the unique challenges of embroidery. That means they’ve been carefully crafted to maintain their detail and beauty when stitched (especially that small), ensuring each symbol looks amazing in its embroidered form.

Just like the classic petite robe noire, we’re starting with the essential: the iconic white tee. But if you’re loving it (and we hope you do!), there’s much more to come. We’re working on expanding the collection with more patterns, introducing new color options, and even launching entirely new collections with fresh designs and different creative approaches. We ship your t-shirts in recycled plastic polybags to reduce waste. Inside, your tee is protected by an additional recycled plastic layer to guard against moisture, especially if the outer bag gets damaged. While it may seem like plastic isn’t the eco-friendliest choice, using these lightweight, recycled materials creates far less waste compared to traditional cardboard boxes. It's all part of our commitment to minimizing our environmental impact while ensuring your order gets to you in great shape.

Part of our team is based in Berlin, and that's where the products are sent from. The other part is based in France, which is why you’ll see a French contact address. It’s a small, hands-on operation at the moment, but that’s what helps us keep things personal and ensure every order is packed with care!

Let’s be honest—when shipping is “free,” it’s the customer who ends up paying in other ways, like higher prices on products. We think it’s important to remind people of that and work on more transparency. That said, we know free shipping is a widespread (and often unhealthy) industry standard, so we’ve tried to meet you halfway. We only ask for a small contribution towards the shipping costs, and we cover the rest. The exact amount depends on where it’s being sent, but we’ve worked to keep it as fair as possible.

While we don’t currently offer gift wrapping, our polybag is designed to look super cool—so your order will arrive looking stylish and unique! If you’d like to include a personalized note or have a special request, just drop us a message after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you don’t receive the link or can’t find the email, just reach out to us and we’ll resend it.

As per EU regulations, you have 14 days to return your item from the date of delivery if it’s unused and in its original condition. Simply chek our return page where we guide you through the return process.

That said, returns aren’t the most sustainable option! Shipping items back and forth increases the carbon footprint—so if your tee doesn’t work for you, maybe there’s someone else in your life who’d love it? A little gift to spoil a friend, perhaps?
